Built as an employee of a company. The code and screenshots belong to the client, so I can't show them for confidentiality reasons.
The context
A high-volume telecom operator with a backend already in production, serving three processes: sales, line activations and product management. At that scale the APIs take constant load and data has to stay consistent across systems. Silent failures are not an option.
What I did
I worked on that existing system. I built new features and changed existing ones, and a good part of the job was optimisation: making the APIs perform better without breaking anything that already worked.
